I live in South Charlotte, and have good personal relationships with the finest builders and their agents, who build beautiful homes and communities in Charlotte, Mecklenburg, Union County/Weddington,Huntersville,Davidson, Lake Norman, Golf and Lake area's

I find great pleasure in identifying the best communities and the perfect homes with ideal floor plans to fit my buyer's life style. I preview the homes that most fit the buyers needs and e-mail pictures of the most suitable homes to them. My goal is to provide comprehensive information to my buyer so that their search for their new home will be a pleasant experience and minimize their time.

As a dedicated Buyers Agent it is important to supply my buyers with school and mortgage information, to provide them with a good knowledge of the area shopping, restaurants, Theatre and sports.

Jacqueline Rolls-Berardi moved to New York from London,England. While living on Long Island enjoyed horse riding, sailing and raising Airedale Terriers. Since relocating to Charlotte I enjoy Real Estate and Family life and taking trips to the beautiful Mountains just an hour and a half away.There are wonderful ocean area's that surround Charlotte within a three or four hour drive that I love to visit.
